Aerodynamic Aviation® began flight training in San Jose, California, in 1960. We offer flight training to all levels of pilots in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our flight school expanded in recent years to include a Monterey office. Our team of knowledgeable instructors create a comfortable, friendly environment for the people they train. With experience in many different aircraft and teaching purely for their love of aviation, our instructors will guide you through any flight experience you ask for. From airline pilots, corporate pilots, aerobatic pilots, Gold Seal and Master Flight Instructors, AeroDynamic’s team of CFIs are the best in the industry.

An introductory discovery flight offers a perfect opportunity to experience the thrill of flying firsthand! During this session, you'll receive a brief ground introduction covering basic flight principles and cockpit familiarization.

At Aerodynamic Aviation, we offer a range of flight training endorsements to enhance your pilot qualifications and expand your flying capabilities. Our endorsements include:
Complex Aircraft Endorsement: Authorizes you to operate aircraft equipped with retractable landing gear, flaps, and a controllable-pitch propeller.
High-Performance Endorsement: Required to fly aircraft with an engine of more than 200 horsepower.
Tailwheel Endorsement: Allows you to pilot tailwheel-equipped aircraft, which require specific handling techniques.
Instrument Rating Preparation: While not an endorsement, we provide training to prepare you for the Instrument Rating, enabling flight under IFR (Instrument Flight Rules).
High Altitude Endorsement: For flying aircraft certified to operate above 25,000 feet, emphasizing pressurization systems and oxygen use.
