All aircraft rent on wet hobbs (fuel and taxes included). However, due to rapidly fluctuating and rising fuel costs, we may have a fuel surcharge. The current fuel surcharge and reimbursement rates can be found on the office whiteboard.
All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions in the current Renter’s Agreement. Minimum 24 hours cancellation notice required or you will be charged for all missed rental and instructor time.

SIMULATOR

Our new Redbird TD simulator offers a 3-screen view, rudder pedals, current NavData, analog panel with Garmin 530W and autopilot. For dual instruction, you can log 10 hours of the 40 required for an instrument rating. You can also rent it for solo practice to learn the GPS and other navigation, or you can log time to stay current if you are already Instrument rated.

$50 block ($55 non-block)
Block members at Reid-Hillview get 1 free hour per month of Redbird simulator time. This 1 hour does not accrue, so use it or lose it! Be sure to check in the 1 hour of free simulator time with the office so you aren’t charged.
