Scott Williams

Scott discovered his passion for aviation while working as a crew member for a seismic company identifying sources of oil and gas throughout the Rocky Mountains. These operations utilized helicopters for transporting crews and equipment, sparking his desire to eventually become a pilot. His journey through life gave him an opportunity to enjoy a 32 year career as a firefighter/paramedic, which eventually enabled him to pursue his dream to become a pilot.

Scott initially obtained his commercial helicopter pilot rating, but recognizing there were more opportunities in the fixed wing world, he transitioned to become a flight instructor through Aerodynamic Aviation’s flight instructor program. Scott enhanced his aviation skills and knowledge by obtaining his tailwheel endorsement, learning basic aerobatic flight, and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide. As a flight instructor with a long career in public safety, Scott emphasizes the importance of safety as the foundation to experiencing the wonder of flight.
