Aircraft Checkout & Rental
Renter’s Agreement – All customers, including students and renters, must complete this document. It is subject to change at any time. We will post the newest version here and in the office, so please check periodically for any changes. Latest version updated July 2023.

Aircraft Checkout Sheet – To rent or solo any of our aircraft, you must first complete the checkout process. This document must be filled out and reviewed with an instructor for each make & model you intend to fly. It also contains the list of flight items that will be completed in the air. Latest version updated Feb 2023.
Complex Checkout Sheet – In addition to the Aircraft Review sheet above, this addendum covers questions pertaining specifically to our complex aircraft. You can download and fill out this PDF.
High-performance Checkout Sheet – In addition to the Aircraft Review sheet above, this addendum covers questions specifically for our high performance (Skylane 182 and Maule M7) aircraft.
Multi-Engine Checkout Sheet – In addition to the Aircraft Review sheet above, this addendum covers questions pertaining specifically to our Twin Comanche. It must be completed during your training or checkout.
Complex and High-performance Aircraft Checkout Requirements – If you would like to rent our Cessna 172RG, Cessna 182, Maule M7, or Twin Comanche, this is your guide to the flight hours and landing requirements for the checkout. Pre-Solo Exam – Your instructor will administer this open-book, take-home test as you get close to solo. Please complete to the best of your ability and review any deficient areas with your instructor. Once complete, you will receive an endorsement in your logbook.
