History: William’s passion for aviation was sparked early as a child after being invited to see the cockpit of a Boeing 747 and getting wings and an airplane information card from the captain (they should really do this again!). From there, William spent countless hours as a kid playing Flight Simulator 95, and the rest is history. William studied Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech and worked at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston before moving to consulting and the tech industry in the Bay Area.
As an instructor, William is excited to share his experiences to help inspire and guide other pilots on their aviation journeys in a fun but safe environment. In his free time, William enjoys traveling (over 40 countries on his belt and counting), hiking, watching Formula One races, and playing board games.
