History: I am a creative go-getter personality type that loves a challenge and trying new things which lead me to my second career in aviation. In the summer of 2019, I set off on a journey from coaching figure skating full time to becoming a commercial pilot. Now, at 900 total flight hours, I aspire to teach great pilots, travel the world and to become a Designated Pilot Examiner. I would also like to volunteer for Angel Flights and other organizations while building a strong female pilot community in the SF Bay Area.
I continue to figure skate and coach part time (at the Oakland Ice Center) while teaching flight training at Aerodynamic Aviation. Previous ice skating and performing experience include professional performing for 9 years and coaching for 24 years – positions held : Semi-Principal, Principal, Line-Captain and Skater Manager.
My other interests include: studying culture, communication and communities around the world, and I received my B.A. in Language Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
